British fitness coach and blogger Carly Rowena has collaborated with Norwich based accessory brand Lisa Angel, launching the Move Your Mind jewellery capsule collection.

Rowena based the eight piece collection around her 'Move Your Mind' mantra, and said 'I've always loved collaborating with local brands and I couldn’t have hugged Lisa tighter when she asked me if I'd be interested in creating a jewellery line... I'm hoping that this customisable collection is the little reminder you need to keep moving, even when you don’t feel like you can'.
